Read This First

*I would also like to ask anyone posting a technical problem on the General PC Help section, or either the TS2 Help section when it relates to a graphical, game not starting or crashing issue, to include a DxDiag report with their thread. The following method works on both XP and Vista.

Go to Start > Run and type dxdiag into the box that shows up. Then save all information as a text file and copy and paste the first section under System Information and the fourth section under Display Drivers down to the part where it mentions the date of the driver.
It should look like this:
